The riser is made from Bubinga with Maple and Mycarta accents. The Bubinga gives it some mass weight, increasing stability, and the Mycarta helps stiffen it up for performance. This riser design helps to minimize hand shock that is noticeable in other traditional bows.

Given that it is a three-piece bow you can interchange the limbs for hybrid limbs as well as get limbs of different draw weight.
